The Maverick Hustler Program is the flagship program of the Street Learning Academy. Its purpose is to EMPOWER you with STREET-SMARTS and SOLID person foundational beliefs you can use in the REAL world to help you live out your wildest dreams.

As of 2011, I will be 24 years old. I consider the past 24 years of my life as nothing short of SPECTACULAR. The most appealing thing about me is not my Mercedes. It’s not my financial freedom. It’s not the awesome people in my network, neither is it the achievements I’ve made. The awesome thing about me is HOW I ACHIEVED ALL THIS DESPITE SEEMINGLY DOING SO LITTLE.

In my line of work with Success Initiative, I meet hundreds of people who are looking to live a successful life. A common reaction after learning about my life inspires the following responses:

"This life isn’t for me."

"I can’t have a life like yours."

"You lucky son of a bitch!!!"

My honest answer would be this:

 

Whatever you think, you are right. Love me or hate me, I am living my life the way I want to: successfully in STYLE.

 

The most important thing I ask anyone who even WANTS to live a life of success is this: "Do you LIKE the idea of living your dream life?"

Silly question, you may say.

What will be your key to success?

But the truth is, a lot of people are not living like they want success. Most people live in FEAR OF FAILURE. This explains a lot about their state of life. Unless something threatens the comforts of their lives, they will forever be sitting on their ass, taking insignificant steps (or none at all) towards their "dreams".

Really, think about it.

If what I say isn’t true, then why don’t we see successful people everywhere? The FACT is, not everyone is cut out to be successful. You see stories of people who are terribly unsuccessful. The world is a cruel place. With every success story comes a tragedy. Perhaps you were made to live a life of mediocrity that a successful person can measure his life against. This is reality. But it ain't a bad thing… it's just the way the world is. It's not your fault if you don't like success.

Allow me to share a little about myself with you.

 

Back in school, I have always been that kid who was more interested in having fun. I was (still am) a very curious person by nature and I believe that as long as it doesn't kill me (even if it might), I should try everything at least once. By 15 years old, I was involved in gang-activities, hit the clubs, and also explored solo-entrepreneurship to earn money so I could take my then-girlfriend out on dates at Cineleisure. In the space of 6 months and working about 8 hours a month, I made $12,000. That translated to $2,000 a month, or $250 an hour, sitting on my ass surfing the internet and two visits to the post office each month.

Fast forward to today, I am 24 years old. I’ve travelled to much of the world: Hawaii, Russia, Spain, Australia, almost all of Asia.

I've made my mark in the field of Date Coaching, where I've appeared in a slew of media reports (even a front page story) all over Singapore, training Men from all over the world to succeed in their Dating lives.

In my travels and adventures, I’ve had the chance to meet, learn and be mentored by many self-made millionaires, renaissance men/women on both sides of the law. From prim-and-proper businessmen to pimps and mafia bosses. These experiences served as some of the most mind-blowing learning experiences in my life and taught me the value of being a street-smart individual. It was what really allowed me to achieve all the things I’ve achieved today and still have so much time on my hands to really LIVE a life I love.

Today, amidst being an International dating coach and Director of my construction supply business, I am at the helm of Success Initiative, a company committed towards empowering people with essential street-smarts, life skills and a good time. Enrichment through Enjoyment, is our tag-line. I am a firm believer of happiness. Everything we do is in hope that we will secure happiness for now or the future. I believe that when we are enjoying ourselves and feeling happy, it inspires us to really LIVE. We laugh louder, speak louder, do things we won’t normally do, pursue some crazy idea in the heat of the moment. If you’ve ever been to a club or countdown event, you’ll know what I mean. People scream and shout, jump around crazily, hug at the stroke of midnight, that sorta thing.

Happiness serves as an overwhelming feeling of inspiration that drives us forward in life. When we are happily engaged in a passion, hobby, sport etc. it feels as though time is at a standstill while we live out that unforgettable moment. We work our asses off to earn money, so we can possess or experience pleasures in the form of objects or experiences. We groom ourselves, our looks, personality, character, to snag that guy/girl of our dreams so that we can happily live out a fantasy. Really, the world revolves around happiness.

 

The Maverick Hustler philosophy is about making an unwavering commitment towards our personal happiness.

 

It is about living beyond the limitations and norms of life. It’s about living a life worth living, a life to the fullest… a life worth remembering. 20 years from now, you will be more upset about the things you DIDN’T do more than the things you DID. The Maverick Hustler knows this, which is why he is fiercely dedicated to the pursuit of happiness, wherever it takes him, whatever it takes.

What Does Success Initiative Have To Gain From All This?

Why am I sharing all this information with you? Why don't I keep this secret and just use it to take over the world myself?

Good question.

I'll tell you something all successful people will tell you. There is enough out there in the universe for everyone.

It applies to everything. Food, lovers, fame, businesses, money. There is an abundance of goodness in the world.

 

Alumni in the House.

For me, I was born with the natural passion to help people. This explains my career choices over the years, from community-involvement work all the way to coaching. To me, there is no greater joy out there than to play a part in someone else's success. I have had students who have exceeded even my own achievements and I am happy for them. Personally, I take it as a comprehensive personal victory. When a student out-does his mentor, it's a sure sign that the mentor has done a fantastic job.

In our world today, there are so many more possibilities out there. One person cannot possibly win it all. But with a team, we can conquer so much more together.

 

One trait of The Maverick Hustler is that he adopts a WIN-WIN strategy.

 

It's all about winning together in this world of abundance. This mentality is evident among program Alumni. Many of my Alumni are roped in to be part of the Success Initiative Movement. Many of them are working together to help one another find success in the different goals they have in life, from love to health to wealth.

Also, different people have different talents. I'll use Success Initiative as an example. I am more of a creative person. I have ideas in abundance but I do not have the capability and talent in organization, thus these ideas would be utterly useless if they were not put into action. This is why I have a strong and efficient team of 3 behind me, to make sure my ideas materialize. I believe the partnership of the right talents will bring about a natural synergy that will bring about undeniable success.

I am going to drop a major piece of truth on you right now.

There are people out there who live with an unreasonable amount of success. I consider myself and my mentors as fine examples, and I will tell you right now that there are many others like me.
