Ever since he was 11 years old, Xavier has always dreamt that he would one day be able to inspire the people in his life simply by doing what he loved. This looked like an impossible task back then, considering the fact that he was obese, had problems speaking due to his stuttering and poor linguistic skills, plus the fact that he had social problems due to deep insecurities stemming from his weight and poor social awareness. To make matters even worse, after scoring a total of 38 points for his O Levels examinations, he dropped out of a private business school a year later, and spent the next 18 months playing computer games until his enlistment into National Service. It wasn't till the age of 20 that Xavier began to take some serious and positive measures to iron himself out. That year, Xavier found his heart-centered passion in life and staged an amazing turnaround in his life.

At the age of 22, in the space of two years, Xavier gained fame and a reputation as one of the top International dating coaches in Singapore and Asia. The strong demand for Xavier’s services saw him travel to China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Manila, Australia and even to Italy and Spain to conduct talks and coaching programs. His personal success and the success which he brought to his clients saw him featured in a vast spectrum of publications, from The New Paper, The Straits Times, RazorTV, Channel News Asia, Her World Magazine (Singapore). He has personally given talks at Vivocity, MDIS, National University of Singapore , National Library Board Singapore and even at Singapore’s Ministry of Defence Headquarters.

Apart from a successful date-coaching practice, Xavier embraces his passion and talent for entrepreneurship by running private investments, his own trading company and his family's construction business. He spent a good 4 years under keen mentorship from his heroes and traveling all over the world to put his beliefs, skills to the test. His accelerated learning process saw him attain financial freedom in a very short span of time. Applying his expertise in the social arts and street-smarts, Xavier has consistently become the best person to work with in the minds of his clients in all his various fields of work due to his unwavering belief in providing a "win-win" strategy for all.
